Meeting of Minds warmly invites you to step into a festive wonderland at our Christmas Party 2023! A special day where families, especially those with ASN children, can bask in the holiday spirit, connect, and create beautiful memories together.

Event Highlights:

• 🎅 Santa's Arrival: The Big Man will grace his Coldstream grotto at 4pm.
• 🎁 Gifts for Kids: Each child attending will receive a small gift.
• 🎉 Festive Buffet: A delightful festive buffet for all to enjoy.
• 🚪 Doors Open at 3pm: With low music and lighting to create a serene ambiance.
• 🎟 Ticketing: One ticket per child attending (No tickets needed for parent/carer).
• 🚗 Parking: On-street parking available and toilets on-site.

Important Notes

• Committee Assistance: Our committee will be on hand to organize Santa visits for each young person (if desired).
• Parent/Carer Presence: Must stay during the session and are responsible for their young person/s.
• No Alcohol: Let's keep the event merry and bright without the booze!
